• Google API Data: Our application integrates with Google APIs to send emails on your behalf. We explicitly request the gmail.send scope. We do not read, store, or access your emails. We only use this permission to dispatch the invoices and quotes you generate within our app to your clients.

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To send administrative information to you.
• To fulfill and manage your orders and invoices.
• To send emails on your behalf (via Gmail integration) when explicitly triggered by you.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your personal information, including any data obtained via Google APIs, only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

• Data Retention: We do not store or retain the contents of your emails or any Google user data beyond the immediate action of sending the requested email (e.g., invoices). Data used to authenticate your Google account (such as OAuth tokens) is stored securely and retained only as long as your account is active and requires the integration.
• Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. You can revoke our application's access to your Google account directly from your Google Account settings. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, including any stored OAuth tokens, please contact us at support@iamhems.com. Upon request, we will securely delete your data within 30 days.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
